Does the purchase of the software allow unlimited use?
Yes. There is just one payment and you will be able to access the software how ever many times you want.

How long does it take after I order until I have access to the program?
It takes at most 3 days.

If I have to format my computer, will I need to pay again?
No. You just need to download the software again and type in the e-mail address and password you used when you first purchased the software on the opening screen or send us the serial number and we will send you back a new registration code.

Are you having trouble with the Keyboard or Guitar Method? The images aren't appearing right?
It's possible that the problem is with the Flash version installed on your computer. We suggest that you click here to install a compatible version and then reinstall the software.

If I purchase one of D'Accord's programs, am I allowed to install it more than one machine?
You are allowed to install it in 2 machines.

After purchase, will I receive the software in a CD?
After purchase, you will be directed to the online registration page and will activate the software with the e-mail address you provide. However, if you wish to have a CD, simply select that option on the purchase page.

I don't have internet on my computer, can I install the software?
Yes, after purchasing, contact our support service and ask for instructions on how to register offline.

Do I have the right to try the program before registering?
Yes, you may use the program 10 times, for up to 30 days, before registering.

I'm a registered user and I have forgotten my access password, what do I do?
On the first page of the program, click on the registered users option and then click on «forgot my password», you will receive your password by e-mail.

I have an older version of the software. To purchase the latest version will I have to pay the full price again?
No. As a registered user, you are entitled to a 50% reduction in the price of the new version. To do this, just click on the user area and upgrade the software.
