Learning the theory:
- Chapter 5: Now we are going to start talking about music! Here we will start the theory part of the course. You will learn the notes of each key, and will start your musical perception training.
- Chapter 6: Writing music. You will see how enjoyable it can be to write and read scores
- Chapter 7: A little practice. Ok! Now you are ready to get your keyboard! But before that, watch your posture and practice the exercises diligently
- Chapter 8: Learning the musical notes. Discover the meaning of each symbol on the stave
- Chapter 9: Improving the writing Learn some important rules for writing the notes on the stave
Learning to Play:
- Chapter 10: First song! We will start with a popular Christmas Carol, Silent Night.
- Chapter 11: Exercises for improving your technique. Here you will practice your coordination and score reading.
- Chapter 12: One more song! A Classical song: Beethoven's 9th Symphony. The method will lead you step-by-step through this song
- Chapter 13: Working with the left hand. Here you will learn about the Bass Clef, writing the notes on this stave and practicing your left hand technique!
- Chapter 14: Playing with both hands. By this level you will already have a good basis from which to develop as a pianist
- Chapter 15: Increasing our repertoire. At the end of this course you will have a nice repertoire you can play to everybody! You will, with audio support and rolling score, be able to play famous songs such as:
